JSI hat die Statik für das Herzstück der Gartenlösungen berechnet. Garten und Mehr steht mit viel umweltfreundlichen Facetten da damit die Kundschaft schöne und gute Lösungen erhalten.

Im Herzen von Zürichs grösstem Einkaufszentrum steht der Baumhaus. Eine Bar, Restaurant und mehr auf drei Ebenen...JSI hat den gesamten Statik berechnet. Geniesst Südamerikanisches Lebensgefühl im Sommergarten!

Mehrfamilienhaus Neubau in Wiesendangen, ZH

Zuerst das Dach, jetzt ein Unterstand. Runde 2 Stelcl Familie Projekt!

Das Projekt umfasste die Planung und Realisierung eines Unterstands.
Begonnen wurde mit der Baueingabeplanung, gefolgt von der Erstellung der Abbundspläne für den CNC-Abbund bis hin zur Ausführung.
Während der Bauphase übernahm JSI nicht nur das Aufrichten des gesamten Holzbaus sowie die Montage der Lärche Fassade, sondern auch die Tiefbauarbeiten inklusive Aushub, Kanalisation mit Einbau eines Regenspeicher Wassertanks.
